Valor International Terminal FZE, is a state-of-the-art oil storage facility located in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Phase 1, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Established in 2020, the terminal boasts a storage capacity of approximately 116,824 cubic meters, distributed across 17 storage tanks, with 50,000 cubic meters dedicated to Class 1 products. The facility is equipped to handle Class 1, 2, and 3 petroleum products and features 16-inch and 18-inch dock lines to the main harbor with a 12.5-meter draft depth, as well as an automated batch flow control system for efficient truck loading. 

In addition to its storage capabilities, Valor International Terminal FZE offers comprehensive services, including pipeline transfers to nearby terminals, inter-tank transfers, truck loading and unloading, and receipt and delivery to ships. The company is also developing a modern refinery adjacent to the terminal, with the first phase expected to launch by the third quarter of 2024. This fully automated facility will have an initial production capacity of 20,000 barrels per day and is designed to meet European and international standards for energy consumption. The refinery’s strategic location, connected to Hamriyah Port’s main harbor, enables Valor to offer a fully integrated supply chain—from production and blending to storage and delivery.

As part of its expansion efforts, Valor International FZC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) to invest an additional AED 77 million in building a multifunctional mini refinery over a 193,750 square foot area within the free zone. This new facility will have an estimated production capacity of 10,000 barrels per day and is designed to refine multiple commodities, including crude oil, fuel oil, gasoil, and naphtha. With this expansion, Valor’s total investment in the free zone will approach AED 200 million, aligning with its strategic plans to enhance its regional and global presence from its headquarters in Sharjah.
